Day 1: Welcome to Namibia!

Arriving at Hosea Kutako International Airport in Windhoek, the capital city of Namibia, you will be welcomed in the arrivals hall by one of our friendly representatives who will transfer you to Eros Airport in Windhoek where you will charter a scheduled flight on Scenic Air to the Sossusvlei area. Escape to a world of wide-open spaces, scenic views, endless stretches of deserts, landscapes and horizons and jagged mountain heights. (The flight duration is approximately 1h15 minutes.)

3-Nights at andBeyond Sossusvlei Desert Lodge, Namibrand Nature Reserve, Namibia

andBeyond Sossusvlei Desert Lodge is located against the ancient mountains in the Namibrand Nature Reserve in Namibia, boasting breathtaking views of the Namib Desert. There are 10 well-appointed sophisticated yet simple suites all with en-suite bathrooms. The 2-bedroom Star Dune Suite is perfect for families or groups of friends. The lodge has an interactive kitchen allowing for guests to cook their own food (should they desire to), a wine cellar, fitness and wellness centers.

Day 2 - 3: Sossusvlei Desert adventures!

Wake up to the serenity and tranquility of the Namib Desert in Sossusvlei Namibia and choose between a Hot Air Balloon flight or a Scenic Helicopter Flight (not valid July & August):

Hot Air Balloon flight:

Find your wings in the world's oldest desert and soar above the Sossusvlei Desert in a Hot Air Balloon at sunrise. Taking this flight of a lifetime is one of the most romantic experiences for couples and one of the most adventurous excursions for families and groups of friends. Soar across the oceans of sand and mountains for 1-hour. Back on the ground, you will arrive at an Out of Africa desert-style Champagne breakfast in the middle of nowhere, where your pilot will present you with a flight certificate before taking a leisurely drive back to the pick-up point. 

Scenic Helicopter flight:

Charter a helicopter flight and soar above the vast open spaces of the desert of Sossusvlei in Namibia for approximately 45-minutes. Enjoy spectacular scenic views of jagged mountains emerging from the shifting Namib dunes and landscape that has remained the same for many years.

Day 4: Farewell!

As we reach the end of our journey in Africa, you will enjoy your final breakfast at the lodge before check out and receive a transfer to the airstrip. From there we will charter a scheduled flight to Hosea Kutako International Airport in Windhoek, the capital of Namibia. (Flight duration: approximately 1h15 minutes.)
